Description: Mouse TREML1/Tlt 1 ELISA Kit PicoKine® (96 Tests). Quantitate Mouse Treml1 in cell culture supernatants, cell lysates, serum and plasma (heparin, EDTA). Sensitivity: 10pg/ml.
Function: Cell surface receptor that may play a role in the innate and adaptive immune response.
Cell localization: Cell membrane; Single-pass type I membrane protein. Cytoplasm. Sequestered in cytoplasmic vesicles in resting platelets. Transported to the cell surface after stimulation by thrombin. Soluble fragments can be released into the serum by proteolysis.
Storage conditions: Store at 4°C for 6 months, at -20°C for 12 months. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles (Ships with gel ice, can store for up to 3 days in room temperature. Freeze upon receiving.)
Assay inforation: Dilution ratio of 1:20000, concentration in serum and plasma is 2.9-4.8 ug/ml.
