Description: Mouse CD23/FCER2 ELISA Kit PicoKine® (96 Tests). Quantitate Mouse Fcer2 in cell culture supernatants, cell lysates, serum and plasma (heparin, EDTA). Sensitivity: 15pg/ml.
Function: Low-affinity receptor for immunoglobulin E (IgE) and CR2/CD21. Has essential roles in the regulation of IgE production and in the differentiation of B-cells (it is a B-cell-specific antigen).
Cell localization: Cell membrane; Single-pass type II membrane protein. Cell membrane; Lipid-anchor.
Storage conditions: Store at 4°C for 6 months, at -20°C for 12 months. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles (Ships with gel ice, can store for up to 3 days in room temperature. Freeze upon receiving.)
