Description: Human TRAILR3/TNFRSF10C ELISA Kit PicoKine® (96 Tests). Quantitate Human TNFRSF10C in cell culture supernatants, serum and plasma (heparin, EDTA). Sensitivity: 12pg/ml.
Function: Receptor for the cytotoxic ligand TRAIL. Lacks a cytoplasmic death domain and hence is not capable of inducing apoptosis. May protect cells against TRAIL mediated apoptosis by competing with TRAIL-R1 and R2 for binding to the ligand.
Cell localization: Cell membrane; Lipid-anchor, GPI-anchor.
Storage conditions: Store at 4°C for 6 months, at -20°C for 12 months. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles (Ships with gel ice, can store for up to 3 days in room temperature. Freeze upon receiving.)
