Description: Prolactin Rabbit Recombinant produced in E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 200 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 23007 Dalton. The Porlactin is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Function: Prolactin acts primarily on the mammary gland by promoting lactation.
Cell localization: Secreted.
Purification: Greater than 98.0% as determined by (a) Analysis by SEC-HPLC and (b) Analysis by SDS-PAGE.
