Description: IL17F Rat Recombinant produced in E. coli is a homodimeric, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing a total of 270 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 30 kDa. The Rat IL-17F is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Function: Stimulates the production of other cytokines such as IL- 6, IL-8 and granulocyte colony-stimulating factor, and can regulate cartilage matrix turnover. Stimulates PBMC and T-cell proliferation. Inhibits angiogenesis (By similarity).
Cell localization: Secreted
Purification: Greater than 97.0% as determined by (a) Analysis by RP-HPLC and (b) Analysis by SDS-PAGE.
Storage conditions: Lyophilized Rat IL17F although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution Rat IL17F should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C.For long term storage it is recommended t
