Description: FGF-18 Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 181 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 21.1kDa. The FGF-18 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Function: Plays an important role in the regulation of cell proliferation, cell differentiation and cell migration. Required for normal ossification and bone development. Stimulates hepatic and intestinal proliferation.

Purification: Greater than 95.0% as determined by (a) Analysis by RP-HPLC and (b) Analysis by SDS-PAGE.
