Description: IL-10 Recombinant Rat produced in E.coli is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 160 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 18.6 kDa. The Interleukin-10 Mouse is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Function: Inhibits the synthesis of a number of cytokines, including IFN-gamma, IL-2, IL-3, TNF and GM-CSF produced by activated macrophages and by helper T-cells.
Cell localization: Secreted.
Purification: Greater than 97.0% as determined by (a) Analysis by RP-HPLC and (b) Analysis by SDS-PAGE.
Storage conditions: Lyophilized IL-10 Rat although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution Interleukin10 Rat recombinant should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C.For long term storage
