Description: CCL28 Mouse Recombinant produced in E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 111 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 12.6 kDa. The CCL28 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Function: Chemotactic for resting CD4, CD8 T-cells and eosinophils (By similarity). Binds to CCR10 and induces calcium mobilization in a dose-dependent manner.
