Description: MCP-3 Rat Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 74 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 8.5kDa. The MCP-3 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Function: Chemotactic factor that attracts monocytes and eosinophils, but not neutrophils. Augments monocyte anti-tumor activity (By similarity).
Cell localization: Secreted.
Purification: Greater than 97.0% as determined by (a) Analysis by RP-HPLC and (b) Analysis by SDS-PAGE.
