Description: GRO-Beta Mouse Recombinant also caled mouse MIP-2 produced in E. coli is a single,non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 73 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 7849 Dalton. The CXCL2 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Function: Chemotactic for human polymorphonuclear leukocytes but does not induce chemokinesis or an oxidative burst.
Cell localization: Secreted.
Purification: Greater than 97.0% as determined by (a) Analysis by RP-HPLC and (b) Analysis by SDS-PAGE.
